Ebooks (the fast kind)

Ebooks ship at the speed of light. After checkout, BookFunnel — my delivery partner — emails your download link within minutes. The link works on Kindle, Kobo, Nook, Apple Books, phones, tablets, and computers, and BookFunnel's support team can help you load the book on any device.

Don't see the email? Check spam and promotions folders first, then email me at jon@jdcoker.com and I'll resend it.

Print books

Every paperback is printed on demand, just for you, through my print partner's network.

Production: Your book goes to press within 1–2 business days of your order and typically takes 2–5 business days to print and bind. Every copy is printed on demand — made because you ordered it.

US delivery: Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after production. You'll get a tracking email the moment your book ships.

US shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on your order — you'll see the exact cost before you pay. Multiple books ship together in one box, so adding to your order barely moves the shipping cost.

International: Books print in regional facilities where possible to cut transit time and cost. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer's responsibility — I'm required to declare the order's value on the package.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Print orders move into production fast, and I can't redirect a package once it ships. If you spot an address mistake, email me immediately and I'll try to catch the order before it prints. Packages returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at cost.

Delivered but not received

If tracking says delivered and there's no book: check with household members, neighbors, and your building's package area, then give it 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan early. Still nothing? Contact the carrier with your tracking number, and email me so I know what's happening. I can't refund packages the carrier confirms as delivered, but I'll always help you chase one down.
